Seguiamo Filippini e Paoletti ormai da più di 10 anni e ogni volta che andiamo a visitare il loro laboratorio rimaniamo impressionati dall'originalità delle loro creazioni realizzate con vetro di Murano.

Nato quasi per sfida e per il semplice piacere di accogliere ospiti nella nostra casa, Guardastelle è cresciuto molto negli ultimi anni grazie alla volontà di fare sempre meglio, stando al passo con i tempi, e grazie anche allo staff qualificato di cui ci siamo circondati. Con esso è cresciuta anche la nostra passione per l’accoglienza di ospiti provenienti da tutto il mondo.
Adoriamo far sentire la persone come a casa propria fin dal primo momento e siamo felici di ascoltare i racconti degli ospiti tanto quanto di raccontare la nostra storia.
Il territorio nel quale siamo immersi è un mix di arte e cultura profondamente legata alla natura del luogo e alla sua coltivazione; oggi più che mai crediamo che sia estremamente importante proteggerlo ed adottare tecniche colturali più ecosostenibili possibile.

Keila, RUna e brenDA sono loro le tre vere protagoniste di questa storia, la nostra. La storia di come le nostre tre cagnoline adottate siano divenute il nome del brand del nostro progetto. Ogni viaggio che si rispetti però non inizia mai dalla partenza, inizia da prima, a volte da molto prima.
Mi chiamo Sonia ed il vero inizio della storia sta nella mia infinita ed innata passione per gli animali e nel rispetto più profondo delle loro biologiche necessità naturali. Fin da piccola, infatti, ho nutrito la mia curiosità attorno al mondo animale interessandomi a tutto quello che lo riguardava, accrescendo, con il passare del tempo, il bagaglio delle mie competenze tecniche sull’argomento.
Ho iniziato la mia formazione con il conseguimento del diploma di Perito Agrario, per poi lavorare come pet sitter nella zona di Firenze e provincia. La sete di conoscenza e voglia di fare che da sempre mi contraddistingue mi ha poi portato a diventare educatrice cinofila CSEN ed operatrice di etologia relazionale.
Nel 2012, insieme al mio compagno Alessio, abbiamo adottato Runa, una meticcia sfortunata che era stata sequestrata per maltrattamento domestico nella zona di Roma.
Fin da subito abbiamo avuto grosse difficoltà nella semplice alimentazione in quanto ogni tipo di croccantino provassimo a darle le creava enormi problemi di diarrea, vomito e dermatiti in genere. Il calvario ha continuato a perseguitarla attraverso le più svariate visite veterinarie e test allergologici che, oltre ad essere sempre più incisivi sul bilancio familiare, la mettevano sotto stress in continuazione.
La prossima volta che un membro del team di dotFlorence avrà bisogno di una sessione di Grooming rilassante sappiamo dove venire! 😉
