Beatrice and Chiara are the 'Deae ex Machina' of this beautiful project whose mission is to put well-being at the heart of the person through practices such as yoga, meditation and mindfulness.

Benvenuti nel mio sito, mi chiamo Stefania, ho la maturità classica, sono laureata in Storia dell’Arte e, dopo aver superato il relativo esame di idoneità, sono Guida Ufficiale Autorizzata per Firenze e Fiesole, in lingua italiana, francese, spagnola e portoghese.
Faccio parte dell’Associazione delle Guide Turistiche della Toscana (AGT) e dell’Associazione Nazionale (ANGT).
Per approfondire la mia conoscenza delle lingue, ho vissuto qualche anno a Parigi ed alcuni mesi in Spagna.

My name is Costanza Sessa, I was born in Florence and I have been working in the world of tourism for more than 20 years, first as a tour guide and then, since 2008, as a licensed private guide in Florence. I specialise in personalised private tours for couples, families, but also for larger groups visiting the city.
I grew up in the Oltrarno district, near the ancient Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Pitti and its immense Boboli Gardens, where I was lucky enough to play as a child, among statues, fountains and breathtaking views of the city.
I fully experienced the ancient centre, with its craft shops, ancient streets and majestic palaces that tell us of the wealth of Florentine families during the Renaissance.
To be able to work in tourism, I studied languages at the Liceo linguistico and then graduated from the University of Florence in Cultural Heritage, specialising in art history.
